Vital Certificates are one of the most professional businesses I ever dealt with. My enquiry was a death certificate which turned out to be less than straightforward. My initial reaction was that since it was difficult they would wash their hands of it and I would have had to justify such action; but no! The staff went through 3 weeks of research establishing facts in order to find the correct identity of the deceased involved. I was on the verge of giving and felt that I was putting the staff at Vital Certificates through a lot of trouble when the outcome was doubtful. But through diligent and persistent effort they came up with a result.

I cannot recommend Vital Certificates highly enough except to say that this is the firm to deal with especially when your case is not so straightforward. 'When my husband contacted me from the UAE asking me to arrange to have his degree certificate attested I had no idea where to start. However, a quick internet search revealed that there were companies out there who could handle the task for me and having reviewed a handful of sites, I opted to use Vital Certificates. I must admit to being a little apprehensive in handing over my husband's MSc certificate, but was quickly reassured by the business-like manner of the staff at VC and further by the regular email updates informing me of each milestone reached in the attestation process. 'I was hired for a position in UAE, and the company required a certified copy of my UK degree certificate. Living in Qatar I could not obtain the endorsements myself, so I checked the internet for a solution and found the Vital Certificates website. Nervous about losing my original certificate, I was assured by Vital Certificates that they only use the most reliable means of transmittal, and that the process would take some two weeks from receipt of the document plus five days for the certificates to arrive back in Qatar. And that is how everything worked out; Vital Certificates pays the notary, Foreign Office and consular fees on your behalf, and adds their own administrative charges and a courier charge. The whole exercise would have been far costlier and taken far longer if I had tried to undertake it myself. And my original certificate is back in my hands, safe and sound. '
